Protection of exclusive rights

Patents and patented designs are exclusive rights, as such they prevent competitors from access to the market and as licences they are definitively value added factors. Apart from considerable investments the patent right requires competent expert knowledge with regard to the effort necessary for patent protection. To meet this, Patentpool cooperates with renowned patent agents.

The fiscal and legal care

The aspects with regard to licence rights, the controlling of licence contracts as well as the international expansion require a permanent legal care. In addition, the fiscal optimisation of the business procedures will be discussed and implemented by the management in the project companies in constant dialogue with the experts.

Access to public financial aids

Politics pave the way for innovators, as the national economic future is to a high degree dependent upon the power of innovation. Especially in the European Community there is a considerable amount of money available for the promotion of innovations. Patentpool takes care of the optimum depletion of these financial aids.

Patentpool projects

Basically all promising products or processing ideas may be considered as a Patentpool project, as long as they are subject for patent protection respectively make economically sense in some form or another for licensing. Normally, Patentpool projects are developed under imposed secrecy or as non-disclosure agreements. For this reason project details are only stated upon substantiated interest.
